The goal of M Running Club is to reignite that spark that you once had around movement and create a positive view behind the purpose of running. Running is a key that unlocks the vibrant life and serves as a tool to bring more joy, purpose, and color into your days. 

The outline of this manual is simple. First, we will go over some tips and tricks for running. Secondly, we will go over the running warmup you should do before each run, and lastly, we will go through a month program of running to take you from a beginner to an awesome runner.
