This challenge is the reset in your life: the plan, the focus, and the consistency of your day. If you're looking to change your health, this is for you. If you're looking to lessen anxiety and get out of a depressive state, this is for you. If you are looking to form better habits, this is for you. This challenge is designed to enhance your life. You can only find actual change through daily efforts and the compound effects that shape your life when you work on yourself daily. This challenge is the first step into finding out who you are and what you are made of.

The $20 purchase cost serves as a BUY-IN. If you complete the challenge, your cost will be refunded. If you don't, then the cost of the attempt is $20. This is an added external motivation to stay committed every day. If you can't commit to $20, then this challenge is not for you. This challenge is for those looking to bring real change into their lives.

If you sign up for CLLCTV and complete the challenge the cost and the first month of membership will be refunded.

 

LAYOUT AND RULES

  • 6 days per week | Sunday rest
  • Each day you will add one page of reading and one minute of meditation.
  • Must use STRAVA for accountability and proof of work.
  • Must start at LVL 1 program and progress from there
  • Mile options: Run, walk, bike (double distance), row, elliptical.

HARD OPTION 

- The hard option is for those looking to accelerate the physical results of this challenge. For this option, combine a CLLCTV workout along with each day.

ADVICE 

  • Set a reminder on your phone for every morning and night before bed to complete your tasks.
  • Complete as many tasks as possible in the morning to prevent the “I don’t have time” excuse.
  • Partner with a friend to keep each other accountable.
  • Use the headspace app for meditation.
  • Read a non-fiction book that inspires you to grow as an individual.
