Designed for a group of those who want advancement. We will work together for two weeks to train and become more. Designed for everyone, not just runners. (We are all runners tho ;) )
With your “Buy-in,” you are betting on yourself to finish. We will be providing 10+ workouts for you to choose from to complete.
To receive the Training Camp Tee, you must complete ten workouts in two weeks, 5 of those coming from the PDF document.
Workouts will be sent Thursday this week to give you time to plan & prepare for the training.
