SYNERGY CHALLENGE +
SUMMARY | MARCH 22-26
The synergy challenge was made for those looking to have an awesome last week of the month. For this challenge we will be partnering up in teams of 2-3 people to accumulate as many points together as possible and compete with ourselves and others for the top three spots. As SYNERGY is a “challenge” it is also possible for all levels of fitness to participate in the challenge. All you need is a good mindset, hard work, and dedication to your team for five days.
The rules of the challenge are simple. In order to compete for top three you must workout all five days of the week. In order to earn points as a team all members must workout each day and prove that they did so through the use of the STRAVA APP. All workouts MUST be uploaded and saved to STRAVA.

Other than that, the challenge is pretty simple. Kick ass for five days straight! To earn the most points possible aim to as a team to complete all five of the CLLCTV workouts. This does not mean that each of you must complete each one, but instead that all five are completed as a group. If you want, nominate your strongest member to do all 5 ;).
Winners of the challenge will receive bonus points to their profile to earn CLLCTV rewards and also have bragging rights as a challenge winner. This challenge is going to be awesome.
To sign up you must register for the challenge by Saturday, March 20 at midnight. Teams will be created and sent out Sunday march 21.
